Carousels
Carousels and merry-go-rounds are some of the most iconic funfair rides available, and we have versions that date back many decades. Our Children's Victorian Carousel and our Traditional Victorian Carousel have that sumptuous golden design that really evokes style and sophistication.
Helter Skelters
Nowadays, it seems like everything is made of plastic, which makes the Helter Skelter feel like a real blast from the past. These traditionally-built slides don't have to be part of a fairground; you often see them as standalone items at events such as festivals, fun days or even weddings.
Chair O Planes
If you like the Chair O Planes or the WaveSwinger, you'll probably love their classic design. The chair-o-planes funfair ride feels like it's something from long ago; more modern rides don't seem to have such elegant simplicity.
Waltzers
Did you know that the Waltzers isn't the international success you might think it is? This funfair ride, which dates back almost 100 years, is still typically only seen in the the UK and the Republic of Ireland, with occasional continental appearances. Nonetheless, the Waltzers funfair ride seems to have established itself firmly in the popular culture, and has been enjoyed by generations of kids and families on these shores.
Ferris Wheels
The Ferris wheel was built for the 1893 World's Fair, in Chicago, Illinois, and since that time almost 130 years ago, it's established itself as one of the most popular funfair rides ever. The Ferris wheel has transcended the funfair, and is now used as an observation deck at some of the most high-footfall areas in the world.
